Study Examines Stability of Minnesota Child Protection Workforce

A survey was conducted of child protection staff in Minnesota in February 2016 as a means to better understand the state of the workforce. Summary survey findings related to job satisfaction, the impact of secondary traumatic stress and the adequacy of supervision and peer support.
