Capacity Building of Community-Based Child Care Workers Training Manual for Para Social Workers

The review and development of this second edition of this training manual aims to build the capacity of para social workers in Uganda through a seven-step evidence-based management model. To date, 11,000 PSWs have been trained to provide care for orphans and vulnerable children to work in multi-contexts of poverty, HIV/AIDS and disaster risk.
