Results of a rapid regional analysis
In January of 2026 the GSSWA and UNICEF Tunisia partners to complete a rapid regional analysis. This project offers a strategic snapshot of the child protection workforce across Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. It examines workforce composition and capacity, as well as the systems and practices in place to plan for, train, and support staff. It also identifies opportunities for targeted investment and innovation. The analysis highlights recent progress in legislation, policy, and skills development, while pointing to critical gaps that may limit the effectiveness of child protection service delivery.
